Everything here meets the fire at some point. The menu shifts with what our farms and fishermen bring in, so ask what's new on the board.
Starters
To start, to share
Small plates built for the middle of the table. Order three or four between two and let the kitchen pace them.

Smoked aubergine & tahini
S$14Aubergine blackened directly in the coals, pulled with tahini, lemon and pomegranate. Served with hot pita.

Whipped feta
S$15Barrel-aged feta whipped with Greek yoghurt, chilli honey and oregano, with grilled sourdough.

Charred cauliflower
S$17Roasted whole in the oven, then split. Tahini, golden raisins, toasted pine nuts and sumac.

S$16Cypriot halloumi off the grill with fig jam, mint and a twist of black pepper.

Prawns saganaki
S$22Wild prawns baked in tomato, ouzo and feta in a cast-iron pan. Bread to mop it up.

From the fire
Larger plates cooked in the oven, on the grill or slowly in the embers overnight. Sides are listed below each dish.

Ember lamb shoulder
S$48Eight hours in the embers, finished hot. Pomegranate molasses, smoked yoghurt, charred spring onion. Serves two.

Desserts finish in the falling heat of the oven at the end of each service.

Burnt Basque cheesecake
